IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

As of November 1 Community Telecom Services officially took ownership of NetPower. Although Internet services are still coming through the old NetPower system the migration to the new system will be taking place soon. CTS is already handling billing issues such as taking payments, new sign-ups or cancellations. Please direct all calls related to billing to the CTS office at 348-8416. As of right now technical support calls are still going to the old telephone numbers, 1-800-352-8156 for dial-up and
1-888-394-4772 for High Speed or Commercial Web Hosting. These numbers will be used until services are migrated to the new system.
